Terms of Service

'Service' refers to the software, consulting, and training provided by Nordic Efficiency Group AB ('We', 'Us'). 'User' ('You') refers to the individual or organization that has registered for and uses our Service. 'Agreement' refers to these Terms of Service.

**2. Provision of Service**

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service in accordance with your selected subscription plan. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice.

**3. User Obligations**

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not misuse the Service, including but not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or transmitting any malicious code. You are solely responsible for all data and content you upload to the Service.

**4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds**

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as per your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you fail to make a timely payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

**5. Intellectual Property**

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Nordic Efficiency Group AB. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

**6. Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordic Efficiency Group AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

**7. Governing Law**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

**8. Final Provisions**
